Responsibilities:
Manage service operations to optimize Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Organize service training for Authorized Service Centers
Appoint, control and train Authorized Service Centers
Manage spare sales, parts ordering and inventory; ensure adequate supply of fast moving SKUs whilst keeping inventory at targeted levels
Work with Finance to ensure right pricing structures for spare part products
Work with sales and marketing to provide support for sales / promotion activities.
Review and improve existing service processes to ensure quick repair turnaround times and increase customer satisfaction
Review and improve existing service network to ensure effective coverage on support to customer.
Coordinate with dealer on product service requirements
Implement and maintain service-related Key Performance Indexes for the country
Requirements:
At least an Engineering Diploma
At least 5 years’ experience in running service operation as well as service management program
Experience in consumer services will be an added advantage.
Strong management and leadership capability
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Proficient in MS Office application and basic computer application. SAP knowledge is an advantage
