Minimum Requirements:
 5 years' experience in a Service Manager role within the Automotive Industry Multi Franchise experience will be an advantage Must have a stable track record Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to provide contactable references | pay slips Must have a valid Trade Test for either Petrol Technician or Motor Mechanic Must be able to work under pressure in a high pace dealership Must be able to manage a team of up to 20 staff members |  Service Advisors | Costing and Warranty Clerks | Petrol Technicians | RSA's and Apprentices Must be able to drive sales growth within the Service Department Salary Structure:
Negotiable Basic Salary (Depending on experience) Incentives Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance Medical Aid Provident Fund Funeral Policy (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
