The Service Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned staff and implementing action plans to support the team. This role manages the overall execution and performance of the staff, ensuring that regional goals and objectives are met. Responsibilities include supervising employees to maintain schedules, oversee task order progress, manage contract execution, ensure timely data collection and invoicing, and support project cost tracking.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Staff Development:

Supervise the performance of Data Coordinators and technical staffProvide technical expertise, leadership, and accountability for assigned personnelEstablish goals and development plans for all direct reportsEvaluate employee performance and support salary management in partnership with the Director of Operations and Vice President

Operational Management:

Plan, organize, and manage daily activities for assigned teamsMonitor schedule adherence, contract requirements, and cost estimate complianceReview and correct field data and time entriesEnsure fair and effective performance measures are used to drive team motivation and goal achievement

Collaboration and Communication:

Liaise across departments for alignment and coordinationCommunicate management directives to staff and ensure complianceWork with construction, engineering, and third-party groups on task order closeoutsUse electronic service tools for service delivery and productivity management

Customer Experience:

Maintain strong customer communication to fulfill contractual obligationsRespond to and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficientlyRecognize and escalate issues outside of contract scope appropriately Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Data Science or Business Administration preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry, service management, or a related fieldExperience with contract compliance for invoicing, timesheets, and data trackingAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skillsExcellent communication and analytical abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesValid state-issued driver’s license required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAPTwo or more years in a data entry supervisory roleFamiliarity with web-based service tools and systems

Salary & Benefits: $100,000-$120,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
