This position will focus on within IT Asset Management such as:
• Coordinating the STS Contract and Renewal processes including:
o Ensuring the MSI meets 100% of the 440-MSI License and Maintenance Renewal Timeliness SLA by reviewing ITSLM and submitting Service Level Exception Requests as needed for this SLA.
o Submitting Service Catalog requests such as Tool Enhancement Requests and Catalog Update improvements as requested by DIR or as discovered through MSI’s continual improvement practices.
o Leading and improving upon the Procurement and OI Renewal dashboards.
o Maintaining SMMs pertaining to renewals in Section 515 Procurement for currency as well as for out of cycle update opportunities for process improvements.
o Training existing and new STS Service Providers in the effective use of these tools and processes.
o Validating contract records created during the Renewal Process.
• Assisting the SACM/SWLC/SLiM team in the following areas such as:
o Populating SWLC Data Capture Templates (DCTs) per SW Publisher licensing agreements requirements and established team processes per Section 514 Software License Management.
o Helping to make updates to Service Management Manual (SMM) Documentation, including Sections 502 IT Asset Management, 504 Configuration Management, and 515 Procurement as needed regarding new procurements and attending SMM currency update calls.
o Reviewing Data within the CMDB for accuracy and alignment with established processes and procedures
o Identifying and establishing relationships between components within the environment to provide a complete view
o Ensuring Dashboards remain relevant and data reported in in alignment with expectations
o Reviewing the compliance report for other opportunities of software normalization and optimization.

Successful candidates will possess the following:
• Desired skills
o ITIL industry certification, or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
o (Preferred) IT Asset Management experience and use of discovery tools such as ServiceNow ITOM, BMC Discovery, Microsoft SCCM, etc.
o (Preferred) Software licensing experience and use of industry tools such as Software Organiser or ServiceNow SAM/SAM PRO.
o Be familiar with IBM’s ILMT, Oracle ReviewLite, Mainframe Licensing, as well as Windows/Linux software licensing practices.EULAs
o Basic knowledge of hardware terminology
o (Preferred) Experience with ServiceNow or other similar ITSM tools.
o Running queues and proper ticket handling techniques.
o Excel skills at an intermediate level including experience with data analysis, use of pivot tables, data handling, formula writing, and formatting.
o Word skills to use of styles, template editing, and proofing techniques such as general technical writing, accessibility/spell checking, and attention to detail before submitting to the MSI Process team for QA.
o Diligence in following STS SMM templates found in SMM Section 116 and guidelines found in ANC-302-01 STS Style Guide.

o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to communicate with all levels within the organization
o Detail oriented, self-starter with Critical thinking skills enabling the candidate to think strategically
