About the Department:\n\nThe Surgical Services Department at Montrose Regional Health is committed to provide quality surgical services and improve the quality of life for our patients. We provide surgical services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.\n\n

About The Career:\n\nDirects and oversees patient and physician services as they pertain to respiratory therapy and pulmonology services. Responsible for coordination of all clinical education, policy and procedure implementation and reviews and employee oversight. Plans and develops program growth and viability through strategic and capital planning. Assures appropriate resources are available for day-to-day operations. Responsible for financial aspects of the services to include billing and operating expenses such as revenue cycle and compliance. \n\n

All About You:\n\nGraduate of AMA approved school of RT.\n\n\nProgressive management experience required. \nMust be BCLS certified. \n\n\nAt least 8 years RT to include acute care settings. \n\n
