Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Glazing Superintendent to join its team at the Victoria Branch. (Office Location - 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent #1, Saanichton BC, V8M 1Z9). This position reports to the Service Manager and requires an independent and reliable person to perform the responsibilities outlined below. A Day in the LifeIn-Office Project Support:Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted forDaily review with Service Manager on project and billing progressEnsure all proper relevant paperwork is reviewed and given to the foremenCompletion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work orderDispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on siteMust take all service and leak calls and maintain on-call status 24 hours per day, 7 days a weekBuild relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
