Being a key technical expert in providing support to the customer base, troubleshooting equipment hardware and software issues, and delivering product/service presentationsServing as a key player in sales support, offering technical expertise during project negotiations and customer visitsEnsuring both internal and external customer satisfactionLeading and guiding team membersControlling costs effectivelyYour role will also involve failure analysis, maintaining maintenance information, monitoring trends, and creating comprehensive failure reports.

Your defining qualities:

Having strong technical knowledge in AC DC Drives System, with an engineering/technical background in drives and automationOperation, service, and maintenance expertise in the relevant product domainExcellent presentation skills, with effective communication skillsStrong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and in MS OfficePrior experience in leadership, general management and customer relationship management will be advantageous
