Position Summary / 职位概况

Work under general direction of the service supervisor. Responsible for the normal operation of micro system in the regions, service assis-tances and coordination, establishing and managing customer database.

Main Tasks / 主要任务

l Install, repair, maintain, the microscope system by the instruction by service supervisor

l Answer customer inquiries via different medias

l Perform special assignments on engineering problems as necessary

l Install and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment

l Technical proposal and implementation support


Requirements / 要求

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor Degree or above in relavant field.



Experience / 经验

At least 2 years working experience with service related field



Other skills /其他技能

l Good at English and Chinese both oral and written, having certificates such as CET 4 or above

l Familiar with Computer skills, both software and hardware

l Strong communication skills

l Incorporating new technologies and quickly transfer expertise

l Able to travel frequently on domestic and international business trips
