POSITION SUMMARY:
The Support Analyst is responsible for support ticket management for the Information Technology (IT) departments and end users in other business units. The individual will use a variety of tools and techniques to identify, document and manage issues for the Sonic user base across all departments and all applications.

Base hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 D.O.E.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Experience:
Experience in Information Technology (IT) preferred.Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
Ability to develop skills required to resolve moderately complex issuesWorking knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and application softwareAbility to balance high quality standards with schedule pressures and demanding environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills including writing, listening, and facilitating to internal and external clientsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamProficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of productsAbility to quickly grasp new concepts and apply to daily responsibilitiesDemonstrate high self-motivation to achieve results with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize appropriatelyBasic knowledge of information systems environmentsDemonstrate a high level of customer service with both internal and external clientsAbility to travel 5% of the timeLICENSE/CERTIFICATION):
