Our client requires a support analyst to provide IT operation support to end users involving Microsoft 365 products, desktop, hardware, and software issues. Additional deliverables include asset lifecycle.

The resource would be able to work remotely for the most part with onsite for onboarding and only if something required them onsite at Lacombe, AB.

MUST be located in Canada.

Mandatory Requirements Computer Systems related diploma 3 years related IT experience ITSM tool administration, including incidents, enhancements, investigations and testing Microsoft 365 Administration including SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory Active Directory Asset Management
