Job DescriptionService Delivery Managers in this role get to:
Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
Ensure success: Coordinate with the implementation team for new account roll-outs
Build the company: Seek, develop, and maintain relationships with clients; sustain and grow business partnerships by offering proactive solutions
Manage the workforce: Project and oversee staffing
Define Sutherland’s reputation: Effectively deal with client complaints and issues
QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree holder.Customer service experience; managerial experience in a contact center setting.10-15 years of experience, 2-3 years of experience managing customer service operations.Proficiency in CRM systems.Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player.Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues.Persuasiveness in communicating and presenting the scope of Sutherland’s products to industry prospects.Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
