Service Delivery Manager

Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for a Service Delivery Manager
Position Overview:
· The SDM will be responsible to ensure that all SLAs are met for our service and support contracts. SDM must maintain communication with clients and prepare and present service reports.
· Timely service delivery of customer solutions, accurate reporting, effective communication, team management and building solid relationships
Key Responsibilities:
· Management of service delivery cycle
· Management of service assurance cycle
· Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver
· Ensure efficient handover process between sales, procurement and finance
· Manage 3rd Party provider service delivery
· Establish long term relationship between yourself and the customer – driving customer loyalty Proactively looking at ways to increase efficiency or save costs
· Relevant reporting on process
· Incident & Request Tracking
· Stock Management
· Account Management
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 12 Essential
· Telecoms industry experience non-negotiable (at least 4 years)
· Project Management & Service Management qualification / certification
· Solid understanding of Project Delivery cycle
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team and customers Good verbal and written communication skills
· Code B driver’s license required
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and strategic mind
· Customer driven
