Vacancy: Service Delivery Manager in Dublin

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of sophisticated installation, commissioning and maintenance services covering our full product portfolio and systems through improving efficiencies and optimising processes to aid improved ways of service delivery through effective planning and control.

Location: Dublin. This role gives you the flexibility to work a combination of office and remote 2/3 days per week.

What part will you play?

We are looking for someone to bring in business success with excellent customer happiness by delivering installation, commissioning, testing and the maintenance service scope on projects, products, systems and data centres safely, to budget, on time and to a quality standard to meet customer service level agreements.

Operate within a customer focussed environment including potentially responding or attendance at emergency call outs as the need arises.Be responsible for coordinating and leading all activities in accordance with processes and procedures agreed with the Operations team.Ability to work within a high performing team or equally individually working under your own initiative.Utilise a mobile web-based application to log all work activities.Liaise with UK and Headquarters technical support teams as the need arises to resolve technical support issues.Make full use on the non-conformance reporting (NCR) tool ensuring all project related NCR’s are closed out in a timely manner and lessons learned are fostered back into the business.

What will you bring to the role?

Shown understanding and experience of supporting delivery of maintenance services, installation, testing and commissioning of MV/ LV switchgear and MV/LV balance of plant.Proficient IT user of Microsoft Office applications and preferably with experience of using a laptop or similar portable device to extract data, interrogate to fault find, update or upload system software or component drivers.Full clean driving license.
