Service Delivery Manager - Customer Master

Summary:

The Service Delivery Manager - Customer Master manages the Information Technology (IT) needs of assigned Business Segment(s) through staff and/or subordinate managers and supervisors. The Customer Master is at the center of enabling this strategy. We are looking for a people-first, service-heart leaders with customer master and banking background. This person is specifically responsible for coaching an agile organization through delivery of the Corporate Portfolio of our Customer Master. They support a broad set of stakeholders including the Risk and Finance CIO pillars, Chief Data & Analytics Office, Salesforce, and Enterprise Architecture organizations. This program coordinates across a myriad of delivery teams that need to move collectively towards common goals. Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver on the Corporate Customer Master portfolio of work responsible for integrating our Customer Master with digital channels, cloud vendor solutions via our enterprise event hub.Engage across a broad network of senior technology and business stakeholders in the prioritization, planning, and delivery of enterprise solutions.Manage a large team of developers in scaled agile delivery of prioritized epics and features.Collaborate with Agile Coach, Product Owner, and Scrum Master roles to establish velocity, continuously mature agile practices, and improve the value delivered from this organization.Coordinate with peers in Customer Master Consumer, Commercial, and Data Management segments to maximize reuse of APIs and Events.Care about the team. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree10+ years of experience in a managerial role in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

They have a portfolio of projects, work with the business to meet the scope and deadlines.

People skills to build relationships with the team, and with business partners. 

Understands the AGILE methodologies and how to coach a team into ever improving in their agile skills.

Ability to work independently and with initiative.
