Responsibilities:  

Oversee the delivery of managed IT services and network integration projects across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with diverse customer expectations. 

Manage the full lifecycle of service delivery, from initial architecture design through to implementation and post-implementation support, tailored to meet the specific needs of customers in China and the United States. 

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape and design optimized ICT architectures to support client needs. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients in China and the US, team members, and external partners, to ensure seamless service delivery. 

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met and team skills are developed. 

Conduct regular review meetings with clients and internal teams to report on project progress, challenges, and solutions. 

Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies for service delivery processes. 

Ensure compliance with both internal and external policies, standards, and regulations relevant to project management and IT services. 

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution crafting and proposal presentations.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is preferred. 

At least 8 years of experience in a service delivery role within a multinational corporation, with significant exposure to ICT managed services, network integration, and infrastructure design. 

Expert knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and ICT architecture. 

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and multi-disciplinary teams. 

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English 

Proven record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving service excellence. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity solutions. 

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and engagement.
