The role will be responsible for understanding the regional requirements for IT Infrastructure & Operations and ensuring that IT Infrastructure and Operations are delivered to meet the business goals, strategy, and expectations. The role will be responsible for the delivery of IT Operations and projects within the region, ensuring business stakeholders are aligned, informed and that risk is managed to ensure the maximum value of change is obtained. What you do: + Work with the Director IT Service Delivery to set the vision, strategy and roadmap for IT Infrastructure and Operations to ensure the success of Vontier and IT initiatives + Will work across all IT functions ensure that IT performance is inline with agreed KPI’s and SLA’s + Introduce modern automated IT services that drive operational excellence and enable flexible services that can meet the needs of the organization and wider IT function + Will be responsible for all IT Infrastructure and operational delivery within region, managing escalations and service delivery levels + Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure business requirements are understood and considered during service design and roadmap + Owns the life cycle of, delivery, operations, and support for services within region. + Discovery and manage the improvement of services + Responsible for the operational excellence of services through strategic managed service providers + Through change management ensure that services are adopted within the organization through effective user engagement and communication + Provides direction on what emerging technologies should be incorporated into Infrastructure products and services to successfully deliver overall IT strategy + Works with HR and IT Leadership team to develop and execute workforce plans to ensure regional team can supply skilled resources to meet current and future demand + Builds successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring cost-effective delivery of services to meet those meets. **WHO WE ARE** The volume of digital commerce continues to grow, along with increased expectations for precise tracking and faster delivery.
