Service Delivery Co-Ordinator

Location - Belfast

Our Opportunity

As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator at Thales, you will be responsible for providing support to our Key Programmes and will support the delivery of services to key customers internationally.  The services range from spares, repairs, maintenance, training and the provision of capability for Airspace Protection Systems; you will be the first point of contact for the Assistant Service Delivery Managers with regard to the co-ordination of all support activities.

What the role has to offer:

You will be responsible for governance across all areas of services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational Service Delivery. As a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator you will support the management of delivering a service as agreed in the contract and ensure SLA’s and customer satisfaction are achieved or exceeded.

You will play a vital role in developing the business as a long-term service provider, building and maintaining customer relationships, acting as a bridge between the Assistant Service Delivery Managers and our operational delivery teams.

About You

Experience of working in an operational, logistics or maintenance environment.An understanding of repairs and maintenance environment would be beneficialAble to operate effectively under project constraints and pressure and able to display sound judgementStrong Customer focus with the ability to build relationships at all levelsExcellent communication skills both verbally and writtenExcellent organisational skills, process driven and capable of multi-taskingMaintain communication with the Assistant Service Delivery Managers to ensure that they are kept fully informedMaintain accurate and detailed records including input to the central database through liaison with key stakeholdersTrack ongoing customer serviceability status etc. and report progress at group meetings producing KPI’s as requiredCompetent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)Microsoft Access/PowerBI experience preferred
