Neighborhood Living Program has nearly 30 years of experience serving the unsheltered behavioral health (BH) population of Allegheny County. This role involves working as a Residential Service Coordinator (SC) to provide on-site residential support as part of a multidisciplinary team. Clients live in Single Room Occupancy units on the 4th floor of the newly renovated Second Avenue Commons building. The position involves coordinating mental health services for individuals with serious mental health diagnoses. Key responsibilities include assessment, service planning, coordination, referral, and re-evaluation to ensure community stability in relationships, housing, and employment.
