**Job Title: Service Coordinator**
**Job Description**
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing service operations, including submitting warranty claims, scheduling maintenance and repairs in the service shop, providing customer service at the parts counter, and assisting customers with rental requests. A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be willing to obtain a health card. You may also be responsible for pick-up and/or delivery tasks and should be comfortable driving a Bobcat skid loader or eager to learn.
**Responsibilities**
+ Submit warranty claims accurately, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
+ Schedule maintenance and repairs in the service shop, coordinating with technicians.
+ Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and assist with rental requests.
+ Handle pick-up and delivery logistics, including vehicle operation and route planning.
+ Maintain service logs, rental agreements, and warranty documentation with attention to detail.
+ Adhere to health and safety protocols, obtaining a health card if required.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
+ Proficiency in logistics, including scheduling and coordinating operations.
+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and logistics for equipment transport.
+ Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
+ Comfortable operating or willing to learn to operate a Bobcat skid loader.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Willingness to obtain a health card.
+ Technical skills in warranty processing and maintenance scheduling.

**Work Environment**
This role is set in a mechanic shop with a storefront and rental yard, providing a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windom, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
