Service Controller
Duties and responsibilities : Logging on /off Service calls through available resources. Resolve all problem calls still active on Athena / Service Now immediately, i.e., Work Wide errors etc. Prepare quotations as and when required. Process toner orders for clients and engineers. Assist in the preparation and organizing of technical calls. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Booking out of inclusive toners. Invoicing. Obtain meter readings monthly and capture on Athena. Compile “Meters not read”-, Averaged- and Halted reports monthly. Maintain mutual respect and good relationships with customers and staff, ensure that all jobs are attended to and dealt with timeously and the work is carried out professionally. Adhere to any Ad Hoc instructions/requirements.
