The Service Contract Administrator, Care Communications is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Care Communications service contract life cycle, including contract entry and management in the ERP System, renewal pricing calculations, and all related reports and projects regarding contract programs.

The Service Contract Administrator will serve as the Subject Matter Expert of the service contract quote to invoice process, supporting the sales and service teams.

This is a full-time hybrid position where the candidate will report to the Batesville, Indiana office. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

What You'll Be Doing:

Create, revise, and maintain service contracts in Hillrom’s JDEdwards ERP system, including point of sale, new business, and renewals.

Coordination of invoicing activities, including contract billing, invoice disputes, and maintaining process integrity with credit requests and processing.Manage the contract renewal process, including reconciliation and co-termination of contracts; analysis, calculation, and creation of renewal proposals; coordination with the sales team and management of CRM opportunity; asset creation and management; and management of special handling and requests.Review and coordinate agreement T&Cs with sales, legal and/or finance, as needed.Maintain and manage an organized database of historical contract dataRun and analyze reports, as needed, to provide additional contract data to sales and operations.Maintain integrity and compliance of commercial service processes.Support special projects and focus efforts, as needed

What You'll Bring:Degree preferred, or minimum 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.Solid attention to detail.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Strong organizational and communication skills.Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others in a team environment.High to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $52,800 to $72,600. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
