Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Foster a positive collaborative work environment for technicians agents and contractors
Motivate and develop your team empowering them to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
Coach and mentor team members ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel
Operational Excellence
Manage branch operations efficiently ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
Monitor key performance indicators KPIs like service quality resolution time and customer satisfaction
Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and profitability
Customer Focus
Cultivate strong relationships with customers building trust and exceeding their expectations
Proactively identify and address customer needs providing personalized solutions and exceeding service level agreements SLAs
Handle customer complaints effectively ensuring prompt resolution and preventing escalation
Financial Management
Manage branch budget effectively ensuring responsible spending and meeting financial targets
Monitor inventory levels and optimize ordering processes to minimize costs
Generate accurate reports and communicate financial data to stakeholders
Industry Expertise
Possess a deep understanding of the appliance and electronics repair industry including technical knowledge and market trends
Stay uptodate on new technologies and industry developments
Utilize your expertise to improve service offerings and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the appliance or electronics repair industry
Proven track record of exceeding service goals and driving business growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and forecasting
Passion for the appliance and electronics repair industry and a desire to make a difference
