Service Center Manager II

What you’ll do:  

Provide operations leadership for our Mobile & Chevron Pascagoula Center’s  Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region Coach and develop 8-10 technical employees Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center Accountable for local fleet Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings 

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: 

5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience 3 years of direct management of technical employees  Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis  Experience as location safety leader Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
