Service Call Administrator
Ziegler Cat has an opening for a Service Call Administrator who will be responsible for managing and closing service calls for the branch. This role will require strong computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and some mechanical knowledge to support the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing customers. This role will have additional administrative support responsibilities for the branch overall as well.

Responsibilities:

Service Call Closing:

D365 Branch Support - ServiceClose service callsCreate POs for necessary parts, supplies, or servicesEdit service reports to get them up to the professional standards expectedTroubleshoot WIP/service callsWork with warranty on WIP/service callsWork with AP/AR on PO disputes, questions, or other misc. reimbursementsSet-up new vendors in partnership with purchasingMonitor administrative quality of repairs

Data Accuracy:

Follow-up on incorrect customer information (i.e. credit cards for rental)Follow-up on outstanding payments due to vendorsSeek out answers to warranty questionsWork with Sales to collect missing customer informationProvide information on loaners eligible for  manufacturer reimbursement

Additional administrative support at the branch as needed. Duties may include: main point of contact for the branch, uniforms, fleet and driver maintenance, event support, and managing the retail space.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred3+ years related industry experience preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite requiredIntermediate mechanical aptitude; experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive requiredStrong detail orientation, learning orientation, and ability to work with limited direction requiredAbility to work well with others and support team initiatives

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Lift/carry up to 10 lbsStanding, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, stair climbing, forward reaching, bin lift, fingering/grasping
