What the day will look like This role is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders with management of a portfolio of mainly global and corporate client claims from initiation through to resolution. You’ll be dealing with a broad and diverse range of risk classes, mainly across Property and Professional Indemnity, as well as various other products. Key responsibilities will include: Provide strategic advice to the client through the life of the claim Advocating on behalf of your client Undertaking presentations to the client on their claims risks Developing strong client and insurer relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes on claims Accurate claims reporting and analysis How this opportunity is different We’re a team of authentic and inquisitive individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
