This includes application support to not only deploy and maintain applications but to provide continued support of business from a technical perspective. Primary support will be for the ServiceNow application. + Work with various stakeholders, including business lines and team members, to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet those requirements. + Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform and 3rd party vendor integration plug-ins. + Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve Discovery setup and issues. + Perform custom scripting with JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and ServiceNow’s Glide Class. + Develop and configure both baseline and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform, which may encompass screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, custom scripting, and integration with third-party software. + Monitor the platform to ensure its stability, which includes overseeing its regular maintenance and implementing necessary architectural changes to support evolving business needs. + Update tasks in ServiceNow and track time for project funded efforts as required. + Coordinate with vendor and other TAG teams when elevated support as needed. + Develop and maintain documentation on solution designs/system topologies, issue resolutions, routine, and special procedures. + Provide level two and three support and troubleshooting when needed, which may include participation in on-call rotation for after-hours support. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. + Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. + Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations as applicable to this job description. + May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. + Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Umpqua corporate culture in all actions and words. + Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. + Embraces our vision to become “Business Bank of Choice” + May perform other duties as assigned. **About** **You:** + Associate, vocational, or technical degree related to information technology or related field equivalent experience required. + Bachelor's Degree related to information technology preferred. + 4-7 Years of ServiceNow Application Engineering required. + Experience configuring and integrating with the ServiceNow application. + Ability to configure ServiceNow or 3rd party vendor integration plugins. + Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve Discovery setup and issues. + Knowledge in authentication (ie. Active Directory, Azure, and/or OAuth). + Knowledge in scripting languages (ie. JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and/or ServiceNow’s Glide Class). + Continual learning mindset to stay updated with the latest developments in computer programming and ServiceNow platform enhancements. + Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. + Work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution. + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred. + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred. **Workstyle:** Fully onsite. **Our** **Benefits:** We offer a competitive total rewards package including basewagesand comprehensive benefits.
