About the role
The Service Alignment Strategist assists in the development of overall IT Strategy, aligned to the outcomes defined in the overall Business StrategyEnsures strategic demands are aligned with ITSM delivery modelsProvides input to the portfolio management process in terms of strategic IT goals and directivesDefines and maintains overall governance guidelines and structure for the IT within the ITSM processesProvides input and direction for organizational developmentEnsures that appropriate methods and tools for planning, development, testing, operation, management, and maintenance of systems are adopted and used effectively throughout the organizationMain Duties
Collaborate and align the ITSM Operating and delivery models aligned with business imperativesProactively capture digital opportunities from the changing technology environment and business/customer expectationsSelect the right digital opportunities, make the right investments, scope requirements, and deliver results based on proofIdentify and develop digital capabilities & ecosystem partnerships in alignment with organization’s digital objectivesSet direction and lead in the introduction and use of techniques, methodologies, and tools, to match overall business requirements (both current and future), ensuring consistency across all user groupsSkills
