Primary Responsibility

- Assist the day-to-day operation of the outlet - Serve Food and beverages efficiently according to established standard - Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to

• 具備良好溝通技巧，流利粵語和國語
• 必須具備長時間連續行走和站立的能力。
• 了解餐廳提供的服務和所有食物/酒水知識，具備客戶服務知識

Requirements

Education: - Middle school graduated - FandB related certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant Knowledge and Skills: - Basic FandB product and service knowledge - Basic customer service skills Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken - English is an added advantage - Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time - Team player
