SPOKANE SUBARU IS HIRING ADVISORS DUE TO BUSINESS GROWTH!


The expected pay range for this position is 80k-$120k annually.

Schedule is full time, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.

As a Service Advisor, you would be providing excellent customer service with the mindset that our customer’s perspective comes first. You will present a friendly, professional greeting to customers, and help to offer resolution to their concerns. Your role will be to communicate between our customers and technicians to ensure the customer’s needs are understood by the technician. You will then share the recommended service/repairs with the customer and consult with them on how they wish to proceed.

This is a fun position that allows for you to be in the shop with technicians without turning wrenches! If you can relate to both technicians and our customers equally by adapting to individual personalities, then we want to talk with you!

Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.

Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.Keeping customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

Qualifications:

Prefer 3 years of experience as a service advisorCommunication skills – communicates effectively with others.Automotive aptitude and knowledge are preferredTime management – managing one’s own time and time of others.Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.Basic computer & cost calculation skills.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Pay range is $80k-$120K

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
