We are offering a £35,000 basic salary with an OTE of £39,800, plus company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important positions in our dealership. Like us, you know that exceptional customer service is about more than just providing a service—it’s about building warm, trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll be the relationship manager between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains outstanding.

You’ll be responsible for setting customer expectations, keeping them informed throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, offering additional products, and following up to ensure they’re happy with the work completed.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in this role, as this is essential for you to be considered. Your focus on customer care, ability to nurture relationships, and excellent communication skills are key. You’ll also need to thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting targets and deadlines is important.
