At Vertu Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield we are looking for a Service Administrator to join the team! This role is based at our Mercdes Benz of Beaconsfield dealership but your role will cover the administration across 3 brands; Mercedes Benz, smart and MG.

We are offering a basic salary of £26,769.60 with an OTE of £30,269.60 plus great company benefits!

General duties of the role include –

Creating, overseeing, and invoicing our internal repair and preparation work, generate completion reports when required. Creating and responding to estimate requests from customers and colleagues.  Assisting with the costing of retail jobs and providing holiday cover. Assisting with the preparation of job cards for our retail customers and providing holiday cover. Assisting with filing duties. Supporting our Advisor team with incoming telephone calls.

In addition to this, it will involve maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacturer managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department. 

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Motor Trade experience would be beneficial as well as experience using Kerridge.
