Server/Beverage Cart Attendant provides our golf course guests with food and beverage service on the Golf Course and in the clubhouse. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will work to provide our guests with friendly efficient service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 

Stocking and Inventory of Beverage Cart/Clubhouse Responds to Guests questions and inquiries. Provides great customer service Follows all liquor laws that apply Has general beverage service skills Must be able to work outdoors, possess a valid Drivers License.
   Weekend and Holiday availability a must Must be a team player in a busy and fun environment. Safely drive the golf course and maintain frequent and friendly sales and service opportunities with guests. Employ upselling and cross-selling strategies while informing guests about upcoming events and specials. Ensure the proper storage of all items from equipment to beverages and perishable foods. Knowledge of Golf Course Etiquette Maintain beverage cart in a clean and orderly fashion. Complete assigned side-work and prep-work. Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management Maintain a professional appearance at all times Provide prompt and efficient customer service Display knowledge of the F&B menu Takes guests food and/or drink orders and turns into kitchen, bar, etc Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures Keeps tables, dining room and work station(s) sanitized and organized Listen and respond to customer complaints Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
