Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at The Turn at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a critical role in providing excellent service to our guests.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$3.50 - $3.50 / hour

Responsibilities Greets guests at table according to GuestPath Standards and supplies guests with menusCommunicates daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and takes beverage and/or food orders Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresEnters orders into point-of-sale system so that kitchen staff can prepare foodPicks up drinks and food when orders are ready and delivers orders to guestsObserves and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service Accurately prepares and delivers check to guests at tableAccepts and processes cashless payment from the guest in a timely mannerPerforms opening, closing, and side work duties as assignedCleans table and prepares it for next guestsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications Must be at least 18 years oldPrevious experience as a server or similar guest service position strongly preferredPrevious experience with a point-of-sale system in service or hospitality environment preferred (MICROS experience preferred)Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service StandardsAbility to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple table assignments at one timePossess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names, as well as basic wine knowledgeAbility to operate point-of-sale system to enter orders and prepare checksBasic math skills; ability to accurately total guest checks and account for inventoryStrong communication skills, including listening skills and ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctlyPhysical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to maneuver between tables and around cornersAbility to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 poundsVisual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checksAbility to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-upAbility to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairsShift Details
