Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a real impact in a dynamic primary school setting? A fantastic primary school in Milton Keynes is looking for a dedicated and proactive TA to join their team from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive school community where your skills will be truly valued.

This role is ideal for someone who:
* Has a solid background working in education within the UK
* Wants to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive classroom environment
* Brings energy, resilience, and a strong sense of initiative to the table
* Is passionate about supporting children with a range of needs, including SEN

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Support pupils with varying needs, including those with SEN
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning behaviours
* Assist with lesson preparation and delivery under teacher guidance

Key Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a UK school setting (essential)
* CACHE Level 2/NVQ Level 2 (or higher) in Teaching Assistant - desirable but not essential
* Strong behaviour management and a calm, supportive presence in the classroom
* A basic understanding of SEN needs and a willingness to learn more
