Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies for Syngenta's global digital presence.Conduct keyword research relevant to the agricultural sector and analyze competitors' SEO performance across different regions.Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search engine rankings, considering multi-lingual and multi-regional factors.Collaborate with content, development, and regional marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented globally.Monitor and analyze global SEO KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Develop and execute content strategies tailored for different countries, aligning with local market needs and global SEO objectives.Provide SEO and SERP support to local teams in various countries, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates, particularly those affecting the agricultural and scientific sectors.Work closely with the GDM team to align SEO strategies with overall digital marketing objectives.Integrate AI capabilities into processes and tools required to achieve goals set by the GDM team, enhancing SEO efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, and/or SERP (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot Inbound Marketing)5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic in a global or multi-regional context.Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush, Brightedge, or similar platforms.In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, best practices, and search engine algorithms.Experience in global SEO strategy development and implementation.Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Experience with latest SEO AI technologies and their practical applications
