About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SEO Manager to join our marketing department. This individual will to drive organic growth for Tailored Brands websites. You will craft engaging content, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to evolving AI-driven search trends, ensuring our digital presence remains competitive and impactful. While technical knowledge is valuable, the focus is on creating impactful content and optimizing our digital presence to connect with our audience. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Content Development & Optimization: o Create high-quality, engaging content such as product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages. o Partner with content teams to optimize and enhance existing materials for improved performance and relevance. o Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices, including thoughtful keyword use, internal linking, and audience targeting. Adapting to AI-Powered Search Trends: o Monitor advancements in AI-driven search technologies (e.g., AI chat integrations and dynamic search experiences). o Adjust strategies to align with emerging AI impacts on search behavior, SERP features, and content discovery. o Leverage tools and platforms that incorporate AI insights to identify trends, refine keyword strategies, and enhance user experiences. Performance Monitoring & Insights: o Track and analyze key metrics such as organic traffic, search rankings, and user engagement. o Provide actionable insights through detailed reports to refine strategies and improve performance. o Use data-driven decision-making to stay ahead of changes in search behavior and audience needs. Opportunity Identification & Execution: o Conduct keyword research to identify areas of opportunity and inform content creation. o Maintain and improve rankings for high-priority keywords while uncovering new growth areas. o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm updates to ensure adaptability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, and product teams to align SEO strategies with broader business goals. Collaborate with technical teams as needed to address site performance or functionality issues that affect search visibility. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and engagement. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, content optimization, and search trends. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms like Ahrefs or SEMrush. Familiarity with the evolving role of AI in search, and a willingness to adapt strategies to meet its challenges and opportunities. Excellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on audience-first content creation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. Preferred Skills: Experience with content marketing strategies to complement SEO efforts. General knowledge of website structure and user experience principles. Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding AI advancements and their implications for digital marketing. Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
