The successful candidate will join the Launch Support System test and deployment team and assist in system level verification testing and deployment activities. Responsibilities include:
• Executing test and integration events at multiple deployed locations to include government oversight & insight test environments. 
• Assisting in authoring and peer reviewing comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures, and reports using various MBSE tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues/faults on location as they arise with assistance from design & system engineers.
• Review and evaluate test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
• Participate in test readiness reviews and interface with various test planning teams to ensure all test objectives are being achieved.
• Interface with hardware/software developers, systems engineers, program leadership, and customer representatives in support of integration and test activities.
• Compile data and define changes required in test equipment, test procedures, or new test requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
• 5 years of experience with a Bachelors in Science, 3 years with a Masters, 1 year with a PhD. 4 years of relevant experience may be used in addition in lieu of formal degree.
• Experience in Test Plan & Procedure creation and implementation.
• Experience with flight test either in a developmental or operational stage. 
• Experience in directing customer engagement to ensure program and test success. 
• Strong Understanding of Test Principles, and Processes
• Experience reading, interpreting, and implementing engineering drawings and schematics
• Experience conducting and/or leading test events. 
• Experience instrumenting Test Articles and deploying Data Acquisition Systems in field or lab environments to successfully capture test data. 
• Ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
• US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years).
• Ability to professionally engage and perform testing in a formal setting with Government Representatives and Customers
• Ability to understand and develop Test Plans in a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
• Adept at data analysis, queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems, Missile/Rocket Systems, or DOD programs.
• COMPTia Security+ (plus) Certification.

Salary Range: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
