This position will be located in **Roy, UT** and will support the **Sentinel (GBSD) Ground Base Strategic Deterrent** program. **This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.** The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the RIA teams to develop and mature the AVE/OBTE artifacts. This includes specification development, verification planning and execution, interface requirement specifications and design definition, and architecture modeling. This includes cost account management activities. Artifacts are to be developed according to program Statement of Work and program/company governance. The RIA lead is responsible for developing Contract Deliverables (CDRLs & SDRLs), preparing for the OBTE level technical reviews/milestones (e.g., CDR, FCA, SQVR) and supporting the lower-level IPT milestones. In accordance with Northrop Grumman leadership values, the RIA lead will provide leadership guidance and support by helping their team develop skills, set goals, and resolve issues, both individually and programmatically. The candidate will also work with the OBTE director, senior team, and multiple cross-team stakeholders to contribute to develop and execute the Program and SE&I vision, goals, and programmatic activities. The RIA lead will demonstrate strong leadership skills. They will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business. This candidate will have the ability to build diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the ideal candidate will have demonstrated success collaborating and leading engineering teams through the full life cycle of a development program (including modern digital and model-based practices and methods). The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. **You’ll Bring These Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and at least 8 years of experience; Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and at least 6 years of experience + A minimum of 3 years in a formal management position + Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and Special Program Access within a period of time, that meets current business needs + Led the development and decomposition of at least two of these areas: requirement baselines (Spec development), system architecture and MBSE, verification plans, or interface control documents for a subsystem + CAM Certified and 1+ years of EVMS management + 1+ years of knowledge and experience with RCC 319/324 requirements for Range/Flight Safety + Participated in or led Critical Design Review (CDR) campaign for Systems Engineering scope. Includes RvsC, Entrance/Exit criteria, CDRL development etc. + Technical depth in at least one flight product areas: Post-Boost Altitude Control Module, On-Board Test Equipment, Propulsion Systems, and Guidance & Controls. + Lead the development of IPT-level CDRLs and supporting data artifacts assigned to the team, including ingestion of Suppliers' deliverables + Professional engagement with USAF customer driving technical and programmatic meetings. **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:** + Top Secret clearance + ICBM experience + Experience through full life cycle of a development program. \#SentinelLeadership **Salary Range:** $161,500 - $242,300 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
