Job DescriptionIn charge of the Field Teams in both Germany and SwitzerlandResponsible for leading the on-site execution for assigned projects within the deadlinesWork closely with the Project Team on the planning and execution of studiesEnsure that the client expectations are being met and the test protocol and design are properly executed for assigned projectsResponsible for the quality and consistency of the services provided by the sites for the consumer testsProvides leadership and mentoring to Field Managers promoting a positive and productive work environmentOrganize and optimize workloads for better productivityPut in place innovative ways to improve processes, better task allocation and automationCreate and share best practices in both countries while streamlining of the processesAnticipate and identify challenges in Fielding and liaise with the Research teams to find solutions to enable projects continuityParticipate in or lead workgroups responsible for continuous software improvement(eSPM, RedJade, etc.)Actively participate in the development of consumer databasesEnsure the Field's monthly operational reportingQualificationsConfident handling of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.Excellent communication skills in English and German.Committed and resilientEnthusiastic and proactive attitudeAbility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholdersAnalytical skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelinesProblem-solving attitude
