The role is on-site 4 days a week at our client's facility on Cascade Pointe Blvd, and 1 day a week at the N Tryon St headquarters.

Here is some of what your day will be:

Manage meeting and event spaces: setup, breakdown, maintenance, and equipment operation.Deliver exceptional customer service, developing client relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.Maintain workplace functionality: stock supplies, tidy spaces, and ensure comfort.Support employees with communication, resources, and engagement events.Manage visitor experiences and space bookings.Provide technical support for audio-visual and IT issues.Foster community and personalized service among employees.Serve as primary contact for workplace-related inquiries and issues.Conduct regular assessments to ensure service quality and compliance.Coordinate with vendors and service partners.Maintain visible presence, conducting daily walkthroughs and greeting employees.Respond to requests within one day, including personal follow-ups.Identify and escalate potential risks to operations.Provide backup for other on-site experience roles as needed.

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

1+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, events, and operationsExceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitalityProficient skills in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work with diverse teams and be a self-starter.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degreeKnowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry

Pay $26.93-27.88 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with the potential for overtime
