UST is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows application integration, troubleshooting, and systems administration. This role requires strong documentation skills, the ability to effectively manage and communicate hand-offs, and a deep understanding of systems management tools such as SCCM and Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and integrate general Windows applications with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Create and maintain clear, concise documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and hand-offs Manage and deploy patches using SCCM Perform vulnerability management and remediation activities to maintain system security Administer Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), and Group Policy Objects (GPO) Ensure seamless operation and management of Distributed File System (DFS) following documented processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Windows Systems Engineer or similar role Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Windows application integration Hands-on experience with SCCM, patch management, and vulnerability remediation Solid understanding of AD, DNS, and GPO management Experience with DFS administration and following established procedures Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain clear documentation
