Responsibilities

We are looking for an Automation Tester to work with our cross-functional team, and join our world-class community of talented experts:

· Performs Automation testing design against detailed specifications.

· Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures.

· Defines test objectives, creates test plans and develops automated test cases/procedures.

· Provides test results to management and customers that are clear and concise.

· Analyse test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.

· Conduct job trainings and provide assistance to Junior QA Automation Engineers as needed.

· Responsible for recognizing and creating awareness of process or quality problems

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take our Cognizant´s company brand to the next level:

· Minimum. Experience of Test automation of 2-10+ years on test automation using Selenium tool QA automation with development skills.

· QA automation with development skills - ability to write from scratch automation scripts.

· Extensive knowledge of the DOM and POM model.

· Basic knowledge of Java (Cypress) for Web Automation testing

· Basic knowledge in creating Gherkin scripts based on Cucumber framework

· Experience in CI/CD tools: GitHub and GIT

· Experience of AGILE Methodologies

· Basic experience in JIRA test management tool

· Ability to write from scratch automation scripts.

· Basic knowledge of ReactJS and CSS.

·

Nice to have skills:

· Experience working in Agile Projects

· API automation experience

· Experience in testing websites with responsive design.
