Senior Water Resources Engineer
Job Description An Insight Global client seeks a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead municipal stormwater projects, manage teams, and develop business. The role involves project management, technical leadership, and business development, with opportunities to work on high-impact projects for strategic clients like the State of Texas and US Army Corps of Engineers. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's preferred) Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas 10-15+ years of experience in flood modeling and stormwater projects Proficient with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, InfoWorks, and GIS Experience as Engineer of Record for stormwater projects Ability to lead engineering teams and manage project documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Direct experience working with MS4 jurisdictions in Texas, or the Southwest region preferred.   * Working knowledge of water quality regulations and the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) program   * Experience with the following modeling/design tools: ICM, SWMM, and/or CAD Business Development experience such as proposal writing null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
