Our client is looking for a Senior Warehouse Worker to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, presentable, and able to communicate effectively in English with clients. Sales experience would be advantageous, along with a willingness to undertake various warehouse responsibilities, including retrieval operations and client collections. A valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations related to client document storage, household goods, or carton retrieval. Work closely with the Supervisor and participate in shift duties when required. Perform daily business activities, including picking, packing, moving, materials handling, fitting, installation, and basic repairs. Develop sales and identify customer needs while delivering excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally. Maintain productivity by managing workloads efficiently and prioritizing tasks. Ensure high-quality standards in warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy and continuous improvement. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12). A certificate or diploma in Sales would be advantageous. Proven sales or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 kg. Customer-focused and results-driven. Valid driver’s license. Must be based in Cape Town and available to start as soon as possible.Benefits:
