Job Summary

The Senior Warehouse Analyst will be based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

What a typical day looks like:

Must understand End to End process for whole warehouse operationReview & update Work Instruction (WI) for warehouse operation & activitiesMust know Warehouse Baan transaction from Raw materials/ Purchased part receiving, put away, storage, kitting trolley, Issuing, until FG receiving & shipmentTo lead warehouse team & ensure smooth daily operationTo focus on Baan System Development related warehouseTo drive warehouse improvement projectTo participate IKW/SGATo coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementationEnsure continuous improvement & automation to standard warehouse process.To work with internal stakeholder (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operationTo drive cost saving for warehouse related activities & operationTo upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiencyTo optimize warehouse spaceTo provide solution when there is any warehouse related issueTo analysis the root cause & provide Corrective Action if anyAdhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplaceAble to work independently and can rely on to complete task with regular progress updates given by superior/management.Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans.Ability & flexibility to work long hours when necessary.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical area.
