Senior Visual Merchandise Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

VM That Turns Heads: Work with our Creative Team to design show-stopping window displays, in-store setups, and retail spaces that make customers do a double-take (and then grab their wallets). Keep It On-Brand: Make sure everything screams RFO—from our store vibes to our product presentations. Store Layout Magic: Maximize space, improve customer flow, and create smooth shopping journeys.  New Store Openings: Team up with Store Design to plan layouts, fixtures, and visuals. Lead all VM activities so that when we open a store, it’s a mic-drop moment. Seasonal Workshops: Lead training sessions with our Field & Ops teams to land the hottest VM strategies each season, taking the lead from our Merchandise Team Marketing Execution: Own the marketing calendar, brief suppliers on print elements, and make sure everything lands in stores like a well-planned fashion heist. Collaboration Is Key: Work hand-in-hand with the Field Visual Team, Merch, and Ops teams to bring VM dreams to life. Teamwork makes the displays work. Clear Communication & Flawless Execution: Create crystal-clear store comms (campaign launches, promos, updates) and upload them on time—no last-minute scrambles (unless we really need to!). Reporting: Keep a sharp eye on store executions, give regular feedback, and make sure the magic is happening where it matters. Train the VM Superstars: Coach the Field Visual Team so they live and breathe top-tier VM standards  Budget Boss: Keep VM costs in check while still delivering the wow-factor. Trend Stalker: Stay ahead of industry trends and keep our displays fresh, bold, and irresistible. Supplier Whisperer: Build solid relationships with vendors to lock in the best deals, best quality, and best service—because RFO deserves nothing less.

Qualification & Experience:

3-5 years of VM experience—you’ve been in the game, you know the tricks, and you can style a store like a pro. Bonus points if it’s in clothing retail. Supplier wrangling skills—if you’ve worked with VM suppliers before, great! If not, no stress—we’ll turn you into a deal-making, print-briefing machine. Head Office experience preferred but it's not a deal breaker. If you’ve been in the trenches of retail, you’re already ahead.

Skills:

A visual storyteller—someone who can make product look so good they practically sell themselves. A creative genius who thinks outside the box (and sometimes inside it, if it helps with displays). A confident communicator—because great VM is nothing without collaboration. Someone who lives for aesthetics but also understands sales-driving tactics. Organized- Juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
