As a key business partner and executive for the company, the Senior Vice President (“SVP”) of Revenue Cycle Management will be responsible for all financial and operational results for assigned division departments and functions. The SVP will lead a group of highly engaged professionals and provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational processes, controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and leadership in place to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and all required service levels are being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Provides senior leadership and management nationally for assigned department functions.Oversees and directs the strategic planning and execution necessary to support the internal goals of the company, including its financial, quality and corporate mission.While serving as a thought partner, collaborates and coordinates with Finance, Human Resources, Clinical Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics and other functional areas to ensure alignment of process and desired business outcomes.Establishes and leads the appropriate management structure to ensure customer relations, operational and financial performance   for assigned departments.Develops and maintains key relationships with all clinical and administrative leadership.Leads development, communication and implementation of growth strategies and processes nationally through established leadership team. Ensures the development and maintenance of infrastructure of operating systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate organizational growth.Attracts, recruits, retains, motivates, and leads management team.Provides executive responsibility for leading the evaluation and implementation of new business as it pertains to functions within the scope of ownership as well as collaboration with other functional owners to ensure successful and timely implementationLeads the education and onboarding efforts and strategy for all existing and new RCM Staff Nationally.Leads the strategy and service level delivery for Elevated Practice Solutions.   This includes business development support, program implementation, operational team performance and support required to meet contracted service levels.   Leads the Quality Assurance Program and strategy for RCM and Coding Nationally.Leads the Provider Education efforts and strategy for existing and new business Nationally Collaborates with other executives and SVPs to decide on business strategies and is responsible to ensure they are implemented and managed appropriately.Responsible for establishing and maintaining financial budget for assigned departments.   Serves as a champion for value proposition definition and messaging in support of Business Development and growth.Collaborates, supports, and serves as a model leader for leadership across all functions.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSAs):Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration or relevant field preferred, and a minimum 10 years of healthcare management experience in a Revenue Cycle focused organization with $500+ million revenues, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 10 years of experience managing healthcare revenue cycle operation staff. Strong experience in operations management, leadership, project management, budgeting, strategy building, implementation, data analysis and performance metrics.Excellent communicator; able to effectively communicate at all levels within the Company; able to promote and implement new operational ideas and form business partnerships internally and externally.Metric and process focused leader who measures success in terms of financial returns, employee productivity, and patient satisfaction. Mature, team-oriented, energetic business leader who places major emphasis on success, service and cross-functional teamwork.An execution-oriented and energetic, hands-on leader who leads by example.Proven ability to manage in a rapid growth and ever-changing environment.Highly intelligent, conceptual and financially focused, with proven judgment and capable of analyzing business and management problems, arriving at sound solutions.Confident of his/her abilities and able to prepare documented plans and proposals to address the corporation’s information systems requirementsAbility to travel approximately 40% of the time.
