10-12 years of experience as a VDI Subject Matter Expert (SME), specializing in security agent updates and software installation on VDI infrastructure and images (VDAs). Proficient in managing VDI security policy changes using tools like AppSense or similar alternatives. Strong expertise in Nutanix and NetScaler technologies. Ensuring proper VDI implementations by appropriately sizing delivery groups and maintaining disk images (including merging, consolidating, and deleting). Skilled in troubleshooting Citrix, OS (Windows and Linux), hardware, security agents, and VMs, with the ability to escalate issues as required. Proficient in patching and updating OS (Windows and Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agents. Experienced in participating in incident bridges, updating tickets in a timely and accurate manner, and escalating issues when necessary.
