Description Robert Half is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team on a 3+ month contract basis. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our enterprise-level clients, working on complex projects that have a real impact. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities: + Lead the UX design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing. + Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs. + Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Sketch. + Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. + Present design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders. + Maintain a deep understanding of UX best practices and emerging trends. + Contribute to our design system and style guide. Requirements Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, specifically working with enterprise-level clients. + Proven proficiency in Figma and Sketch. + A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. + Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Comfortable working remotely. + Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
