We Move People, and People Move Us! Overview A Senior UX Designer can create useful, intuitive, user-centered designs from project concept through execution. It's not a small or easy task, but it's a fun and rewarding one. You will support team members and provide tactical deliverables to meet project needs. You will help develop concepts and then produce quality site maps, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and annotations with high attention to detail. Your work will be grounded by your participation in research activities such as competitive analyses, heuristic reviews, and usability testing. Perform research, benchmarking, and user testing when needed. Develop wireframes, mockups (UI, create icons, illustration, and animations), and prototypes that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like. Use front-end code like HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the Angular framework to implement the visual interfaces on a real and functional web app. Code review on UI tickets. Document the design system to guarantee the scalability and visual coherence of the project. Identify possible UX/UI improvements on the DP. Helps organize and estimate times for UI/UX tasks. Present ideas and prototypes to stakeholders. Responsibilities Strong design background and passionate about customer-centric innovation with knowledge of know iOS and Android native patterns Can work with detailed or more ambiguous requirements to discover unmet, unarticulated needs and problems to solve, and confidant while presenting and discussing your work with clients and stakeholders Transform complex problems into elegant experience Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios storyboards, and detailed designs. Ensure that that mobile experiences align with cross-channel design solutions Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices and trend Work closely with the Emerald Design System team. Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales Qualifications Requirements: A degree in design or a design-related work experience (industrial design, user-centred design, visual design, interaction design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.) Prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes High Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud Understanding of web and mobile technology Understanding how to use and contribute to design systems Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback Contributes to shaping the strategic experience design approach for projects and initiatives.
